isn't this the same thing who had his bond cut in half?
Bail was cut from $200,000 to $100,000 by the Republican judge whose court this case is in. His family can't raise the money for the $100k bail either, so he's still in jail.
He was out on catch and release for a previous armed robbery at the time of the current one. While there's still some bail, judge more than cut it in half. Rather fortunately it seems his family can't afford it so he's still in jail bragging to jailhouse snitches.
Harrell was not out on bond from the other case. That case, for Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was filed on March 16th. The jugging case was filed on March 17th.
I have never heard of jugging before I read this.
Is this a new term for black on Asian hate crime?
I think 20 years is a good starting point when it comes to consider sentencing.
Maybe tossing in a few more years for his lack of remorse wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
Black on Asian violence will continue until it is properly dealt with instead of slapping the bad guys wrists that seems to do nothing.
These seem to mainly be strong larger Black males attacking small weaker Asian females.
Why does this continue to be a thing?
These attacks make it seem to me that those in charge do not value the lives and safety of our Asian victims.
Why is that?
Why is this allowed to continue?
Jugging is the term for a case where the suspects followed the victim from a bank(usually) to somewhere else, then commit the crime on the assumption the victim was carrying a large amount of cash.
This monster was out on “reduced” bail for two other violent crimes — shouldn’t the judge/DA or whoever keeps letter these violent criminals out have to pay consequences????
No, the suspect was not out on bail from two other crimes. He was out on bond for misdemeanor unlawful carrying of a handgun by someone under age 21. That bond was set on February 2nd. Since it was a misdemeanor, bond would have been low.
The first aggravated assault case was filed on March 16th, the jugging case was filed on March 17th. The aggravated assault bond is $30,000, the jugging case is $100,000. He's still in jail, as his family can't make the bail.
Crime free, but a horrible place for freedom.....for felons that is. We should be just like Sadi Arabia. You want to do the crime, you do do time. You don`t steal, murder, carjak, rape....and you will lead a wonderful life.
How is it crime free? What are they punishing if it's not crime?
In those places, rape victims are often punished too.
This is a guy that never knew any boundaries or limits to human behavior and already had previous records of crimes. Of course he would not feel any ounce of remorse for what he did.
In fact I would not be surprised if this thug is scheming from behind bars on how to get his grubby mitts on that gofundme money.

I was wondering what "jugging" meant. In other words the guy is a predator that stalks his prey and waits for a chance to take what he wants. What we often do with dangerous predators like this is we relocate them or if they attack a human they are put down but since we can't do that with this punk then he needs to be locked in a cage. Let his suffering in jail, which was caused by his own actions, be an example to all the Thugs that are thinking they can beat up on a woman and steal her money.
Jugging.. It's a shame the victim didn't have a gun and shot this loser and paralyzed him.
Calling this turd a predator fits well.
This is not crime of convenience that landed in someone’s lap.
This guy hunted his prey.
Apparently he is not afraid of having an illegal handgun either.
He needs to go away for most of his life as far as I am concerned.
Maybe that might instill a bit of remorse into him.
If he was culled we would be better off.
