Beshear is a young Joe Biden. He's never encountered a Joe Biden policy he didn't defend and embrace. He's anything but middle of the road moderate although he pretends to be and lies constantly about that. He goes as far as lying about his policies with a straight face and taking credit for things like reducing the state income tax when in reality it was the state legislature that reduced it while Beshear opposed it, but there he is on TV taking full credit for the income tax reduction.
