So this is reactive. If they really had guts they would have denied the application to begin with.

Well I think the women are a bit late to the party. We got laws now protecting these trans.
And these trans have more rights than normal folks.
Best of luck to the girls but I think they are going to lose since so many of our laws have changed regarding trans and their rights and protections.
There needs to be proof of being trans. A medical history for therapy for gender dysphoria. Some paper trail. Any random guy can say it and boom women's prison. Or boom new women's champ! Ridiculous. It's insanity to house a male prisoner w women. Here we are.

There should be some kind of proof but to ask for it makes you Transphobic.
The Left is a strange bunch. They don't require proof that a man is a woman, a "migrant" isn't an Illegal Alien but when it comes to San Francisco and their crazy idea of giving $5 million in Reparations YOU WILL have to PROVE you are Black. I don't understand their selective thinking?
Who really cares if someone is Trans? It is their life but they should not be getting special treatment above the rest of us.
“An adult human male does not become a woman just because he tells others that he has a female ‘gender identity’ and behaves in what he believes to be a stereotypically female manner,” reads a legal complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for Wyoming.
The transwoman lives outside of the sorority house now while fulfilling a housing contract elsewhere, but is slated to live at the sorority in the coming year and often stays there for meals and other “secret” sorority rituals and events.
“Plaintiffs and other sorority members describe the second floor as a private, safe space where young women can interact without concern that they will be on display for men,” the lawsuit says. Though the transwoman doesn’t live in the house, he/she often will sit on the couch in the second-floor common area, not studying, and watches the women, the lawsuit alleges.
The transwoman is 21 years old, is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 260 pounds. He is interested in women and has not “undergone treatments to create a more feminine appearance.”
“The transwoman repeatedly questioned the women about what vaginas look like, breast cup size, whether women were considering breast reductions and birth control,” the complaint alleges.
Amazing that they have to take this guy to court to prevent him from living in the sorority.

That’s how this lunacy gained traction in the beginning, and how it became what it now is …. the tail wagging the dog.
It all started with the simple concept of what someone does in the privacy of their own homes, is nobody else’s business. Then, it continued with simply “accepting” the hairy legged man wearing a dress and wearing lipstick. It’s his/her life after all, and he’s not harming anyone, so just shut up and accept it and move on. Then, we begin glorifying this dress wearing dude, and we added him to the “protected class” of minorities who need special treatment due to some of those bigots of society who refuse to accept him as a her. Then, social pressure is applied to force everyone to address him as a her, in spite of the obvious fact that he is a mentally ill he, who thinks he is a she, wearing a damned dress. Then we inject this idiocy into our schools under the guise of sensitivity training, teaching children that men wearing dresses is just as normal as everyone else. Now, Joe no longer wears his dress and lipstick just at home, or out at the trans club, but also begins going to work everyday wearing dresses, and his employer had better not have a problem with it, else they face a discrimination lawsuit. Now that Miss Man-Freak is empowered, he demands all of his co-workers address him with the proper pronouns, else they face disciplinary action themselves, and those bio-women had better not say a peep about him using the ladies room, if they know what’s good for them.
Do you think Miss Man Freak is going to be satisfied, ever? Being given such power to run roughshod over everyone else, you betcha he’s going to force his way into every women’s restroom, locker room, fitness facility, Sorority house, sport’s team …. Why? BECAUSE HE CAN.

The existence of these types of laws is the only evidence anyone actually needs to understand that this is just another deliberate act of war against civil society, and normal life to sow chaos and division, for the purpose of advancing authoritarianism.
That is, unless someone is foolish enough to believe that all of these government and private institutions actually care about the feelings of these mentally ill people, which I can assure you, they do not.
There is a much larger agenda driving this insanity, and it’s all connected to transhumanism.
The goal is to first erase the distinction between the male and female, destroy human fertility and traditional human procreation, and replace it with technological control over human development, with artificial wombs, frozen eggs and sperm, laboratory grown humans, cloning, while wiping out the ability of human beings to produce offspring on their own, and without the assistance of these technologies and those who control it.
For those who might erroneously consider this tin foil hat conspiracy theory, I would simply suggest that were someone to travel back in time 30 years, and give people a rundown of current events, with the insanity plainly out in the open today, they would have been placed in a straight jacket, and held in a room with padded walls, and labeled crazy.
