Nobody was in a position to know that level of detail besides those who were in the jury room when the vote was taken. Did a jury member write the article?

If that is misdemeanor on Trump then it is on both of them too.

They are looking for a more serious crime by getting Trump to say something stupid to open the door to something else. I think they will say he took the money from donated campaign funds. Well then since Cohen admits he gave the money to Stormy then he is the one who took the funds to pay off her blackmailing threat. They suspected this when Cohen made Trump the scapegoat for his crimes.

IMO there is no reason to indict him on something like sex with stormy to pay for blackmail. It makes no sense to me unless they are using it to get something more serious on him so he cannot run for POTUS.

I guess DA Bragg thinks it is worth the risk. Think about how Trump will say something and not even think about what he is saying. Sometimes the man has no filter.

They are looking to pin something on him that will stick accusing him of using campaign funds will do it if they can prove it was Trump who took the funds. Pelosi is just trying to make it appear like she is seeing it's to protect Trumps rights. What a load of crap that is. I think that might be like reversed psychology though I don't know the term for what I'm trying to say.
Bragg thinks it's worth the risk to use testimony that is suspected to be perjured? And if it is perjured and he knows it and uses it, then he would be violating the Constitution. Is it worth it to Bragg, to willing use it and possibly lose his law license and possibly be imprisoned for using that testimony?

You've clearly stated you don't care, just get trump.

Why not just say that, that you don't care, that way everyone knows where you stand, even though we already do, but just to take everything out of the equation....just say it, be a person.
I want him locked away for the rest of his miserable life, and I want him to live to be 150 to adequately enjoy his new accommodations.

is that plain enough for you to comprehend?

The best possible outcome would be for future elected officials to think twice before breaking the law.

Finally.
So then, you should be calling for Biden* to be indicted. Maybe Obama too. That is, if you truly believe what you say.

Since you are now professing omniscience, including the ability to read minds, why do you even bother posting on a board with we mere mortals…?

You should be lolling around on Mount Olympus having someone peel grapes for you.

Just say you don't care, even if it takes mental gymnastics to get trump.

When you'll admit it, then people will your actual stance.

Lol I’m sure Stormy does have extra room and Trump having a small penis.
So much chatter minimizing the charges. Does the NY grand jury ever convene without a felony at play?

'a grand jury is a larger group of jurors that determine whether there is cause to pursue felony charges.'

& 'New York State Constitution requires District Attorney’s Offices (Prosecution) to present cases to Grand Jury when a person is charged with a felony in New York State unless the accused waives this right in court before a judge.'

About Stephanie Gregory Clifford she said it was like getting the second dose covid vax shot. you feel really sick for a couple days but you get over it. What kind of name is Gregory for a girl?

The charges to be revealed 2:15 pm April4 might surprise some.

So which is it? Gossip or something that "obviously" happened? Where is your proof? Oh I see, wagging tongues is all the proof that you need.

Why did she change her story? and keep in mind that she's not the type of person who does things for free.

In Trump’s case, no.

IUPG applies in the courtroom at trial. This is the real world, aka the Court of Public Opinion. Out here he’s guilty.

No, it's not.

The END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.

You don't care how, legal or not, just get him, period end of story.

Just say you don't care about trump and even if you have to lie to get him in jail, just do it. <<<<< This is what you think, you just won't actually come out and say it.
