This is hysterical, Hannity attempts to lead Trump into the answer on the documents and he contradicts Hannity.

Quote:
The Fox News host Sean Hannity said Monday he could not imagine Donald Trump taking sensitive documents with him upon leaving the White House. But in a telling interview, Trump quickly corrected him and said that he had the right to "take stuff" as he saw fit.

"I can't imagine you ever saying, um, 'Bring me some of the boxes that we brought back from the White House, I'd like to look at them,'" Hannity told Trump during the interview that aired Monday night. "Did you ever do that?"

I saw that. Hannity tried to save Trump, but Donald basically turned around and said "no, I'm guilty".

All Presidents do that. Hannity should know better. A President, as in Trump's case, may have classified documents in their possession when the power is transferred to the next President. Or they may request classified documents from the National Archives, which Trump was falsely accused of not doing.

I saw it too, and that's exactly what Trump did. He admitted he both looked in the boxes and kept some of their contents while denying he did any such thing.

It's his way. And for some strange reason I could never understand, Trump has a deep need to broadcast his misdeeds with this doublespeak.

I think it may come from his need to be continually confrontational to everyone, including himself.

Default Anyone watch the Trump Town Hall with Hannity Thursday night? 6-1-23

I don't have cable, & I have not seen any posts about it yet, so I'm assuming it was not newsworthy...nothing new.

Just Trump being Trump, & slamming the current regime, and all of his rival candidates.

He claimed he could end the Ukraine War immediately upon taking office.

Given his track record, I believe that's true.

saw bits of it. the schtick is getting old and murdoch told all the on air people that 'we support trump or else you get tuckered'. Since trump went after Kayliegh (on outnumbered) she is gone...

The need to stand up to murdoch and in turn stand up to trump. If he has better ideas, either state them and them alone or ****.

His track record of ending wars between two different countries? Name one.

4 peace deals in the Middle East & started no new wars & rendered the Taliban & Al-Q as useless.

I guess in a sense you are right... but you can't end a war if there weren't any wars to end.
