Do you think it's functioning better because people tell you it's so? Because I can assure you, from the advertiser end it has never been worse. I am constantly explaining to VPs why we can't post a video because today video won't upload on Twitter or adding asterisks next to metrics reports showing that while we spent $20K+ for advertising, Twitter is reporting different numbers depending on where you look in the platform.

The only people who seem to be saying its working are people who barely use it - and certainly don't manage advertising spend - in the first place.
