That is what you have been told which is a major component of the current crisis. Don't impugn us. We are quite sophisticated and we don't believe everything you are told.
Oh please. Sophisticated? More like simpletons. You all are actually the drooling morons we read about up thread. Any dullard that still supports Trump at this point is hopeless and totally lost to America.
Trump was indicted by the evidence and his own behavior and admissions. The dumbs**t signed into law one of the federal statutes that he violated. His behavior and words show intent. A grand jury, in his own state, considered the evidence and returned the indictment. The next step is to determine his guilt or innocence, but his lawyers are leaving his sinking ship. They know a hopeless case -- profound and indefensible guilt and pure stupidity -- when they see it. The stable genius can't help himself.
Can one party of the country use the justice system to prevent the candidate leading in the opposing party from running for office? It is a monumental question. With many attempts to persuade the population that he is violating the laws, and no results can the Republic be threatened?
I fear so and aside from whatever your opinions on either side the Lawmen or Trump what do you think about the fundamental problem it creates for our Country.
What say you?
Did you ask this question when Hillary was drilled ? In the end there was nothing and other senators also had private servers.
There is no constitutional crisis. There was evidence that crimes were committed. Those crimes were investigated. The evidence was presented to a grand jury of regular citizens in S. Fl. They are the ones who decided that Trump should be indicted, no one else. Not Jack Smith, not Garland, not Biden, not the Dems, not the left. Regular citizens saw what was presented to them and made that decision.
Trump had ample opportunity to return the documents. He chose not to. That's on him. We would not be having this conversation right now had he just returned them when asked like Pence and Biden did. No one else that I'm aware of kept them hidden, lied about it, continued to lie about, continued to lie about it some more, moved them around, hid them, lied about it some more.
That says a lot right there.
A Grand Jury can be led to believe what a prosecutor wants them to believe very easily by what and how they present information or even the exclusion of information.
Orange Man is stoofid. When he was 'lected, he didn't clean house - and dump all the Democrats and put in Republican appointees. Hacked off his own party, and gave the opposition plenty of time to concoct endless attacks.
Good riddance.
First, compare what kind of documents Biden had vs what Trump had. Second, compare the two responses when the Feds requested they return them. Republicans control the House. They could file articles of impeachment against Biden for it if they wanted to. If the evidence against Biden is as strong as the evidence against Trump, why hasn't that been done?
First, consider Trump was President, Biden was not.
First, consider Trump was President, Biden was not.
Trump didn't even read the documents when he was president. His advisors had to summarize and dumb down anything that they tried to bring to his attention. They learned early that Trump has an attention span of a gnat and can't handle detailed or technical information. That is what makes his possession of classified documents even more dangerous.

Exactly the point. The entire Biden administration seems to be surrounded by a cloaking shield. Even if the HOR did file, there's no chance in seven lifetimes of hell the Democrat controlled Senate would convict. One one hand, I wish they'd do it anyway to send a message... but on the other hand, I applaud them for realizing it would be an utter waste of time and money.
Doesn't matter what type of documents they were beyond 'classified'. Different protection measures for different classifications, sure. But everybody knows fulls well that the only 'important' difference is Trump.

How can ANYBODY, with a straight face, claim that they had to dumb down things for Trump, while the idiot these people voted for AND is currently in the Whitehouse cannot even string ONE coherent sentence together and has no idea of what is going on around him?
The only thing Joe Biden can do right is to ensure he gets his kick-backs for selling out his country.
