Wagner has no air cover.
I don't think this will end well for them.
Regardless, this is a huge morale booster for Ukraine!

Yeh even their numbers aren't good. The good news is that if the Russian people see war on their door step regardless of combatants that might help sway public opinion.

Definitely good news for the Ukraine because their counter offensive stalled. I think they even said they would pause for a week or so. Wonder if Wagner is trying to take advantage of that.

Ive seen at least 2 pantsirs which are short ranged air defense. And the Russian aircraft seem to be staying low indicating they are worried about something more significant.

I can't help but wonder how the Dems will use this attack as a distraction to avoid reporting on the Hunter/ Joe scandals?

They had the missing sub last week that dominated the news and this is a bigger deal than that. Depending on how quickly this is over they could be milking it for weeks.

I think Wagner has planned for things like this and would assume they just didn't go into a suicide mission. We probably even don't know what resources Wagner currently has or was able to "steal" or acquire from somewhere. Maybe Wagner has extra weapons from the Middle East also?

Starting to wonder if Zelensky and/or third parties have a hand in this. Less than a week ago Ukraine 'paused' their counter offensive.

https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/isw-...035100081.html

Is Wagner simply taking advantage of a break in the action or was there some coordination?

I don't see this one ending well for the Wagner Group. Look at Operation Valkyrie, July '44 for clues.

There's only 1 reason we are having this conversation - Russia and Putin's dumb invasion of Ukraine.

Didn't someone inadvertantly move the bomb?
