The Teachers Union in NJ has been nothing more than organized crime by the Democrats in our state. NJ teachers are required to give $999 each to the teachers union. The NJEA (teachers union) has been donating much of that to the Democrat Governors political campaign and other Democrats in the State. Its just legalized theft from all homeowners and renters in the state directly to the Democrat party of the state.
Privatization is so that way only a select few can afford an education. So there is always an exploitable lower class of people that work for low wages.
ah no, students get to take their public funds with them thus the voucher program. The program does the exact opposite of what you are complaining about. Before the voucher ONLY the kids of the wealthy had school choice since only they could pay the private tuition. Now even your poorest kid will have the option to choose the school that they feel is best for them.

Great news. The unions have had a stranglehold on education for far too long.
It’s a classist system. Reducing the availability of public education down to a sort of system where you hope your chosen. Like a lottery system.
If they really cared they’d fund public education even more. And before toys scoff at that, why is defunding police bad but defunding schools good?
Because of the political indoctrination. if police are getting involved in political indoctrination then sure, defund them.
