A desperate last ditch legal Hail Mary pass that failed. This will be entertaining as Trump juggles multiple potential jail time trials. The failed former President will again call out the Proud Boys and other assorted miscreants to storm the various court house of America to save him from persecution by the Deep State, Communists, Socialists and Marxists. Grab some beer and munchies and stay tuned.
GA indictments anticipated between July 31 and Aug 18. 2 weeks from now.
One can't have a leadership position among the House Republicans after a criminal indictment, but an indicted person can run for the Republican nomination for president? That there is irony.
It’s true, though. Eugene Debs ran from his cell in federal prison in 1920 and got 9% of the votes.
May Trump follow in his footsteps with equal success.
What makes him a "failed former president"? The economy was doing much better when he was president, outside of the pandemic. Trump also managed to appoint 3 conservative supreme court judges. I would call his presidency (at the very least) a modest win for republicans. There is still much work to be done, but Trump got America moving in the right direction in many respects. The current president is taking us backwards.
He barked up the wrong tree, but he certainly didn’t leave in disgrace. Somehow, we amassed 159 million votes. How many registered voters were there again?

More than 159 million. Several million young people signed up just to vote against republicans. David Hogg ran a voter registration initiative that signed up thousands of them.
American is growing tired of Donald Trump and all of his court cases.
Yep. We’re ready to get on with the trials.
He should have at least two more indictments to add to his collection inside the next month. I’m still betting on this Thursday, the 20th, for Jack Smith to indict him for at least part of his involvement in orchestrating 1/6. Fani Willis won’t nail him until next month.
