I guess you don't believe in the Constitution or in State's rights. The Constitution gives the states substantial leeway to decide how they run elections. The state of Texas has no business telling the state of Pennsylvania how to run their elections.
But what if Pennsylvania didn't vote right? Surely there should be a law against voting against the Dear Leader
maybe we'll get lucky and get another drunken performance from Melissa Carone.
Gosh, I'd forgotten all about her.
Turns out, she's run for state office three times since that precious performance. Lost once, was disqualified by the GOP twice. https://ballotpedia.org/Mellissa_Carone
yep. Trump put Kris Kobach in charge of finding proof that "millions" of illegal aliens illegally voted. Kobach couldn't find any. i wonder if the serious people are also waiting on that one.
These days the right wingers would have Kobach as a RINO who is part of the "conspiracy".
Like I said in the other thread... this SHOULD have been heard at SCOTUS. 18 State AGs sued 4 other states for holding unconstitutional federal elections in 2020. I have no idea WHY SCOTUS completely abdicated their Article III Constitutionally-mandated duty to resolve controversies between states by refusing to hear the case. The indictments against Trump and others are going to end up being BIG mistakes as clear evidence of the indisputable FACT that several states held unconstitutional federal elections in 2020 is going to be front and center as these cases go to court. Courts can't refuse to allow a defendant to present exculpatory evidence. That violates due process.
Those 18 state AG's have no standing to be suing other states over what they perceive was "unconstitutional federal elections" What happened is their prefered candidate lost, oh well....
There are no "indisputable FACTS" that any states Federal Elections were unconstitutional that's just your opinion. Trump will have his day in court and a chance to present real evidence not speculation, innuendo and hubris as he so frequently does.
I kinda hope Trump does spew his nonsense on Monday. I'm sure Jack and Fani will be paying close attention and taking notes, because odds are good, he'll snitch on himself again without even realizing it.
