Congress and a "permanent legislative solution" are irrelevant to securing the border. The legislation you are whining about is just a deflection to distract from the intentionally open border that is the sole responsibility of Democrats and their voters. The "permanent legislative solution" you want is just a code phrase for blanket amnesty, which is not going to happen.
Oh save the right wing talking points they're getting old, what we have is the following:

1) A final decision on those enrolled in DACA to either be given a path to citizenship or remain legal aliens.
2) Read our immigration law, change the terms on how to request asylum
3) Update the laws to remove the "anchor baby" option
4) Update guest worker procedures and re-identify what skills are needed
5) Stream line the process for any legal hearings needed to determine an immigrants status

Tell Congress to do their job!

The border is not open, "illegal immigrants" are those that have entered the country NOT THROUGH A LEGAL ENTRY POINT, get it. Humanity is the greatest measure of a society not that you seem to care and Republicans are some of the primary users of illegal labor so stop acting like it is one side only.

You are doing exactly what I pointed to in my initial post because that is what you have been trained to do unfortunately, letting off ALL of Congress and just pointing at the opposite group of your political leanings without holding the rest of Congress to the same level of scrutiny.

There will never be a movement in Congress to reform immigration in any capacity with that approach. There are over 500 congressmen, how many do you actually see complaining or pushing for reform in any real capacity? How many do you see really pushing for reform on the side of the aisle that you support? A handful at best currently I bet.
Yes, there are traitors in our country both on the left and right but only the Republicans in congress have done anything to end this mess of illegal immigration and Trump in particular. Again, most illegals aren't working on farms and there are unlimited visas for farm workers.

I've been trained to do what? Amnesty isn't reform nor vise versa and it is no solution to our illegal immigration problem and that's why the Republicans in congress don't want it.

This topic is strictly about the DACAs though and they have no more right to be in our country than their parents do.

Not unlike Biden's loan forgiveness vote buying scheme.

So what? They are still here illegally no matter how they got here. They are taking jobs and resources from Americans and so are their anchor babies. Either we have immigration laws or we don't! Let them and their parents go back to their own countries and make them better.

I love it when leftists are blaming Congress failure to act and as the result we got DACA

Hey leftists, did you forget the last Congress immigration reform was in 1997 under Bill Clinton? DACA was created in 2012 by Obama. That’s only 15 years in between

Maybe Congress should do a reform every 5 years to give amnesty to illegals, right?

They also seem to forget that their awful party had complete control of the Presidency and Congress for the first two years of Biden's regime. So if they wanted to pass it they could have.

Trump gave dems a sweet deal by giving a pathway to citizens for 1.8 millions DACA in exchange for $25 billions border security and a border wall. The dems shot it down

I’d guess dems rather NOT give Trump a win than to help out the DACA

All of these facts prove that the Democrats WANT to destroy the country by unlimited illegal immigration. And Democrat voters agree or don't care.

Bingo!

This imperial presidency nonsense where POTUS issue end runs around Congress must cease.
They ought to lock those arrogant DHS people in Obama's cages.

Did you forget that Republicans also had both houses and the Presidency for 2 years under Trump?

They voted to do a tax cut and hold off on Immigration reform for 1 reason. They can get re-elected on it and they will be re-elected most likely so why bother when they win either way is the attitude.

Why do the heavy lifting when doing nothing works?
