I know it's just a matter of time, so I'm curious how the courts will respond. Of course, he's gotten so much more leeway than any other criminal defendant would have.

There is exactly no difference between what happened in 1933-1934 and what the Biden regime has been doing for the past four years. This proposed gag order is just the latest example of this evil administration's totalitarianism.
I'm well aware of gag orders without reading your links. They are presumptively unconstitutional. Usually the reason a gag order is issued is to protect the defendant's right to a fair trial.
Once again, this DOJ shows it doesn't understand the law, ignores precedents and norms, and will do anything no matter how unethical or illegal in its quest for Trump's scalp.
Jack Smith should be disbarred, along with a long list of Democrat lawyers and judges.
Maybe the liberals should pull their heads out of their behinds, and realize the more they persecute Trump, the stronger he and the movement to save our country grows. Geesh, you would think they have no more mental functioning than the POTUS that was "put in place" in 2020!

Oh, and for those that forgot, the liberal Democrats refuse to honor our Constitutional and Bill of Rights, since it gets in the way of their socialist agenda. A fair trial means that witnesses and jurors have not been corrupted or intimidated by either side. Trump’s goal is to create doubt that a fair trial is possible, and he has been shooting off his mouth trying to taint the process.
Judge Chutkan will in all likelihood agree with Jack Smith and impose the gag order by Tuesday. If Trump is a very smart boy, he will take it to heart and abide by the terms. My money is on him continuing to push until he is at a minimum under house arrest with an ankle monitor.

Kind of funny how Democrats want to silence Trump but they sure don't mind trying to intimidate the supreme Court by having people camp out in their front yard.
But that's the Democratic party now if they can't scare you they'll threaten you and if they can't threaten you then they'll probably get a gun and shoot you even though they're very much against guns only when you're shooting against Republicans

It interesting to note you didn't say another word about a fair trial and launched straight into attacking the prosecutor, the judge, and SCOTUS.
