As long as they really understand why they're leaving and don't bring any stale, failed public safety ideas with them.

If they don't get it they stay home and clean their own crapped filled nest.

I am a native Philadelphian, (mostly burbs) however, I haven't lived there for a while now. The city is no different from what is happening in other large cities nationally. The defund police movement, promoted by Democrat Administrations, along with revolving door, soft on Black crime DAs are the real problem. Criminals and would be criminals know they will not be held accountable, or at least not punished harshly. This promotes an environment of LAWLESSNESS. Businesses and people are moving out and relocating, usually to far out suburbs and Ex-Burbs They bring their Democrat voting habits and childlike, fantasy world ideals and ruin those areas next.

I don't think that's it, in this case. Because they have had incidents with these social media flash mob type things for street racing, ATVs and motorcycles, all over, in south Jersey too in Republican run cities. These kids are arranging meet ups with hundreds of people, and the cops are vastly outnumbered.

I do think being soft on crime is a bad policy, but I don't see it as a factor here.
