No Biden shouldn’t be pulled from state ballots, and neither should Trump. What CO did was dangerous, and I suspect the USSC will step in and knock it down'

Our country is split, and you probably have to go back to the late 60’s to find this much animosity and hatred.

Right now, Trump has an excellent chance of winning and the Dems they are stuck with Biden. So, they are looking for the courts to save them.

This is where I stand. No candidate should be pulled from the ballot. Let the people decide.

If the standard is "tit for tat," "revenge policy," "retribution," then that's where things are headed. What the valid legal arguments will be, if any, are the mystery.

So what about Trump's rights? The court, which is a legal entity, took away his rights without due process or proof. Just their opinions.

Would you want a court of law taking your rights away without a trial or proof you even did anything? This is the USA, not a banana republic, but the left is turning this country into one.

Therefore, Red States can remove Biden under the same pretense.

Trump should be barred from the polls of all states and territories just for letting the stupid and unjustly angry feel empowered.

The fact that so many of his followers feel it's okay to dismiss or qualify what he did on the days leading up to January 6th and the day itself (proven by actual tweets from him, live video footage and Republicans testifying) shows that while everyone has the right to vote, a whole lot of people don't have the faculties to do it responsibly.

It’s not states rights in a Federal election.

Besides Democrats already tried to charge Trump with insurrection and he was acquitted so he’s not guilty.

Neither President Puddle Brain nor The Orange One have done anything that even remotely rises to the standard of treason. State efforts to have candidates removed from the ballot are nothing more than half-assed political posturing and will be overturned by SCOTUS.

We're a banana republic now. Someone is getting a legal consequence for a crime that zero people were charged with.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

People should be angered that activist groups can sue to get names removed from the ballot.
This is not how democracy works.
