I don't think you're right, but you never know. Still have 8 months until the election. The democrats will try every trick, ethical or not, to try to see that Trump isn't on the ballot, but I don't think they'll succeed. If Biden somehow wins, you're right about it being disastrous.
Trump will be running against much more than Biden and the democrats. Trump will be running against the media which will do whatever it takes to manipulate the American people.
If general election was today i would give Trump 50/50. Being it's in November, At minimum D.C. trial and New York trial will happen. The public will not vote for Trump if he is convicted.
Why do you say that Trump can't win? Do you know something that we don't know?
Trump is up barely a point (within the margin of error against Biden) Any other GOP nominee would be up by 20. Trump could win but another candidate it would be much easier. Exit polling in SC, 30% of GOP voters would not vote for Trump if convicted before the election. So Biden would beat him in SC.

A poll is not a vote. At the actual moment of vote casting very few republicans will vote Biden (which is actually Harris).
For some time, I was hoping the republican would find a way to remove Trump from the race because I did not think he was the best candidate to beat Biden. However, I sense that Trump has a real chance to win against Biden.
* Biden/democrats have made a real mess of the economy.
* Crime has exploded in democrat cities.
* Homelessness is a record levels in democrat cities.
* The claim of a strong job market is being undermined by large layoffs announced daily.
* The job market looks stronger than it is due to the large number of ghost jobs which will never be filled.
* Biden will be lucky he makes it to the election. A vote for Biden is a vote for President Harris.
* A large number of American are seeing the opportunity to flip off the democrats and the media.
Those are great point.. You could be right.. I guess its about how many people's lives are affected

Even 3% swing is enough to change the outcome of the election. Trump is not going to run away with the voters support
