Trump won in 2016 against Hillary, but still complained he lost the popular vote by 3 million votes, then by 7 million against Biden. I want Trump on every ballot. To be honest, nobody trusts the Supreme Court justices anymore. So even though I think, he should have been found guilty by a judge n jury first, we know they are on his side. True or not, that’s the popular opinion.
That's the popular opinion of Lefties, I knew there was no way this USSC would allow you Democrats to disenfranchise most American voters, though I had anticipated 2 or 3 Far Left USSC to display their TDS, which they did in their opinion but ended voting sanely.
The Dems are going to have to win it at the ballot box, which looks very unlikely.

Colorado has just exposed their federal judges as political hack, all the way to their state supreme court.
Other states federal judges and AG's have also exposed their ideological corruption, and violated their oath of office. They have damaged their credibility and should resign if they had any decency/integrity. If not be thrown or voted out.
With Trump being Hitler/Mao/Stalin all wrapped into one (in their warped minds), they will stoop to any tactic to protect their power, and prevent the DC (District of Criminal) swamp from being drained.
I am embarrassed to admit I once vote for some Democrats, but back then they weren't all leftist kooks, or would not go along with the insanity just to protect their own re-election hopes.
Today it is party over country for most of the slimy politicians in their party.

No, they didn't.

This is why our nation is in such a sorry state, due to thinking such as this. Also people spouting this crap as facts, which it is not.
What is interesting is that the SCOTUS Opinion implies that states could ban Trump from running for president in the absence of the 14th Amendment. Interesting and scary.
I often criticize the 14th Amendment but it worked this time. Beyond that, I would still vote to repeal the 14th as it is used as a catch-all for the federal government to run roughshod over the states. I would gladly allow the states to run whoever they want for president in exchange for overturning the 14th Amendment and restoring states rights.

Neither of you have been charged with the crime so there's no way for either of you to be acquitted of it. If he's an insurrectionist, so are you and you must prove your innocence or we're going to throw your ass in jail.
