Reagan didn't know whether it was elbow or breakfast. That being said, Fox making Oliver North a featured presenter really made it clear where their loyalties are, and it's not with the country. I'll let people draw their own conclusions as to what that says about Fox viewers.

This. No one should have iron clad immunity because this would wreck havoc on our democracy. Even Nixon never ask for what Trump is requesting.

There is no “immunity from actions taken in the official capacity” if those actions are illegal, intentional, and corrupt.

Abscam, sometimes written ABSCAM, was an FBI sting operation in the late 1970s and early 1980s that led to the convictions of seven members of the United States Congress and others for bribery and corruption.

The kind of immunity that Trump's legal team argued in front of the DC appeals court? No president is a King, but the Supreme Court could make it that way if they rule in Trump's favor.

"Trump team argues assassination of rivals is covered by presidential immunity. Former President Trump's legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive's broad immunity to criminal prosecution"

Is putting a fake congressional hearing on tv where a young woman “testifies” that the enemy is throwing babies out of hospital incubators corrupt? Turns out she was the daughter of the ambassador to the US. Worked for H.

Is negotiating with Iran to get them to wait to release hostages in order to enhance your election for POTUS corrupt? Worked for Reagan.

is lying about WMD and who caused 9-11 in order to invade Iraq corrupt? Worked for W and saved Cheney’s deferred compensation with Halliburton. They were about to go under until they got all those no bid contracts.

You wanna talk corruption? A person on the White House staff getting a 2 billion dollar contract with SA when he leaves government employ kind of corruption? Biden and son are pikers compared to Kushner. Kushner is the investor who is so bright he bought a building where the rent for 100% leased would not throw off enough money to make the payments.

For the same reason that members of Congress, both Houses, have immunity while Congress is in session.

What would the left media be like without their propaganda?

It appears that the 'real' question was not about immunity, this was the actual question:

"Could a President order SEAL Team Six to assassinate a political rival?"

<side note, the question is talking about a "political rival" and not about those who are putting our national security at risk, like known terrorists, etc.>

To which Trump's lawyer said [a President] "would have to be and would speedily be impeached and convicted before the criminal prosection".

That ignorant question, that those judges had asked Trump and that the left media is spinning, was slapped down by three former high-ranking military leaders.

Please stop believing in and spreading propaganda.

HILARIOUS!!!!

So what you are saying is that you will approve of "lawfare" and incessant attacks on Biden after he leaves office?

Give me a break. Liberals have created an unprescedented abuse of the legal system in their attacks on Trump. I HOPE that democrats are victims of the same abuses in the future.

It's a hypothetical question. I do not believe a president should enjoy unlimited immunity. The idea on its very face is quite insane.

Comer's failure to articulate the Biden crime is a wonder to behold--on Fox News, no less. It's really taking a lot of wind out of his sails.
