The immunity at issue is immunity for actions taken in the official capacity as president.
If the president blows up a hospital trying to bomb ISIS, that’s immunity.
If the president makes a personal financial deal with China, that’s called collusion and corruption and is not immunity. And the president could be impeached.
There is no “immunity from actions taken in the official capacity” if those actions are illegal, intentional, and corrupt.

Why would we give immunity to any president. That means they could do whatever they wanted in office even if it was against the law. But once they are out of office they are citizens just like the rest of us. And that’s how they should be treated
For the same reason that members of Congress, both Houses, have immunity while Congress is in session.

It appears that the 'real' question was not about immunity, this was the actual question:
"Could a President order SEAL Team Six to assassinate a political rival?"
<side note, the question is talking about a "political rival" and not about those who are putting our national security at risk, like known terrorists, etc.>

It's a hypothetical question. I do not believe a president should enjoy unlimited immunity. The idea on its very face is quite insane.
Comer's failure to articulate the Biden crime is a wonder to behold--on Fox News, no less. It's really taking a lot of wind out of his sails.
