The video is nonsense, If you approach armed soldiers in a war zone ( and your people are known to wear explosives ) and they tell you to turn around, maybe you should listen.

Trying to dismiss this? Killing innocent people is never alright when you are not threatened, Hamas is no longer a threat. They have a million innocent civilians starving in Rafa and they are still attacking against the will of the US and our other allies, what they are doing is far worse than Russia.
After this Israel can stop repeating "Never Again", they have lost their way with this right wing government.

It is about Israel stealing land, occupying land and commiting war crimes. If Hamas put down their guns every Palestinian, resident of Gaza and non-jew would be in a refugee camp.
Hamas is a terrorist organization and not a military force of a nation. They are not signatories of the Geneva Convention and thus their "soldiers" are not under the protection of that agreement. Hamas combatants are terrorists who, as evidenced by kidnapping civilians, do not operate themselves under the "rules" of warfare.
Don't want to get shot? Don't initiate a terrorist act and kill 1200 citizens of a nation. That's a pretty simple concept; it is amazing that libs don't understand that NONE OF THS would be happening, had Hamas not attacked Israel. I wonder if Hamas allowed any of those Israeli citizens to surrender?
Prisoners get shot all the time. My father and uncles disclosed that they had killed surrendering Japanese and German (SS) soldiers in WW2, as many were feigning surrendering and had hidden weapons. The Germans and Japanese did the same to us. Let's not forget about what soldiers in Vietnam (on both sides) did to each other.
Soldiers in WW2 were told that if the situation called for surrender, that they do so in larger groups to reduce the chances of being shot.

Israel controlled Gaza for years and could have kept that land but did not.
