SO True but there is a growing segment that is waking up to realize that the Dems are lying to them. They are realizing that Republicans are not all White Supremacists and that the pledge of Reparations is nothing but pandering for votes.
Black, White, Brown, we all want the same thing, we want to be safe to go about our day. The Left with their soft on crime policies has removed the "safe" from so many neighborhoods. I'm sure not too many shed a tear when the local drug dealer is arrested and sent to jail but today he might be arrested and right back on the street. The tears that do fall are for the broken justice system that has forgotten about the decent folks that are the Victims of the Democrat failings.

In local elections, a D is going to win in most large cities.
However, what we recently saw in Chicago was a moderate D wanting to get hard on crime winning out of a prosecutor that wanting to keep doing things the Kim Foxx way.
National elections however, a shift from 90/10 to say 80/20 for black voters would be an over 2% swing in national votes which is a BIG deal.
It doesn't have to be some massive vote change, and I applaud ANYONE protesting when they feel they're not being listened to and respected as constituents.
Their main beef is that the poorer blacker communities in Chicago have been hard hit by inflation and then they see migrants getting all kids of financial aid. They have a clear rationale case to be ticked off.
LOL, love it. Rich folks in Chi Town can pretty much insulate themselves from their policies.
They do the same in nearly every other major city in America...like DC, Philly, Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis, LA, San Fran and nearly every other Blue run city.
It’s way, way too late for any kind of intervention in Chicago. It’s a Democratic Hell hole, and that’s now completely baked in.
No way to change it now.
Anyone who thinks Chicago will turn itself around under Blue rule, see Detroit, Cleaveland, & Newark.
Most big cities are Blue controlled, and have been that way for 60+ years. They've been in decline for decades w/o any political change.
The Republicans left as soon as they could, & the Independents too. Now even the Dems are fleeing...as soon as they retire they're can't get out of the craphole they created fast enough.
