“Things I’ve given up since the cost of living has become outrageous,” is how the mom of two begins her video.
Among the items she now forgoes: olive oil and bread. Not exactly luxuries.
In another video, Heather explains that she works full-time at a 9-5 job that she’s been at for 12 years. Her husband has a full-time job, too, but they still don’t make enough money to pay the mortgage and feed their family of four.
Unfortunately, prices will continue to go up and people will experience food scarcity, economic disparities, and work longer hours due to climate change

Food scarcity: bad
Longer work hours: Could be good or bad
Economic disparities: That's the real world. Always has been, always will be. Why do you think otherwise?
Due to climate change: Nope. Not just nope, but utterly ridiculous. Where do you get this nonsense?
Insufficient information, not sure where they even live.
Several parts of this country where it's easy to be house poor and if you're running a tight budget and get hit with high inflation it can really squeeze you.

Big country, not everyone in the same boat.

I'm watching the video now, and yes, she does seem rather "spoiled", but kudos to her for making her own bread and cooking more from scratch. She also looks REALLY good for 36, I think -- I thought she was about 25, so I don't think she is hurting from missing all those salon visits, lol.
And as far as treats for her kids -- not being able to afford coloring books -- don't they have Dollar Trees where she lives?
But, yes, inflation IS terrible, and if she has to pay for daycare, then I really feel sorry for her.
