I read something interesting (and now I can't find it), that a so-far unspoken/unreported aspect of T.S. is it can serve as a way for large amounts of money to get funneled to Trump's campaign, bypassing campaign finance laws. Interested parties, anywhere in the world, can buy the stock and, in 6 months, which is September, Trump can withdraw all those millions or more, and use the money for his campaign.
Sounds like a plausible thing, and there's no doubt that his various helpers/attorneys/whoever would be able to uncover ways to get around rules that would otherwise apply to him. We'll see.

I suspect you're right. He's not paid anything toward campaigning in the past or now. He's not even paying his own legal bills -- his fans are paying all of those. He already pocketed over $250M from the supposed "stop the steal" campaign, which didn't stop anything and went right into his pocket.
