Trump made $174 million on paper today (owns 58 million shares of DJT).[/quote]

If you've followed Trump over the decades. He will suck out most of the wealth of a project he is involved in, then when it collapses. He walks away leaving others to hold the bag. Given a chance, like a second term, he will do that to this country. Thats what dictators do. Stop looking at Trump with horse blinders on. He is in this league of crooks.

Interested parties, anywhere in the world, can buy the stock and, in 6 months, which is September, Trump can withdraw all those millions or more, and use the money for his campaign.

Sounds like a plausible thing, and there's no doubt that his various helpers/attorneys/whoever would be able to uncover ways to get around rules that would otherwise apply to him. We'll see.
He isn’t going to use that money for his campaign. It’ll all go into his pocket while he grifts his supporters and the RNC to pay for the campaign.

I suspect you're right. He's not paid anything toward campaigning in the past or now. He's not even paying his own legal bills -- his fans are paying all of those. He already pocketed over $250M from the supposed "stop the steal" campaign, which didn't stop anything and went right into his pocket.

Maybe he should go to the Biden school of finances so he can learn how to turn 270k salary per year into multi millions of dollars and a couple multi million dollar homes.

You write a book and get an eight million dollar advance, you take a few speaking engagements at 200 Gs - it adds up after a bit.

All of it was reported on his income tax, which has been made public.

You might want to read up on how politicians get rich with speaking fees and book deals. The party buys enough books to get it on the best seller list. The books are spifs to donors. It was honed to a fine art by Republicans.

That's why I literally wrote: "on paper".

Are you paying attention?

Yes I understood.

So why write it at all?

It’s literally not worth the paper it’s written on, to Trump, at this juncture.

Don't you coordinate with your other conspiracy believers? Isn't one of their points in the Biden document case is that he had an 8 million dollar reason to keep the documents? In that case you don't question that Biden had book deal worth that much. Which means they don't question how Biden came into that money.
