A big source of global warming (which I don't subscribe to) is the constant increasing of the population of the planet. More people means more greenhouse gases. Now, how to deal with that!

If I had to guess, I'd say that a much smaller percent of CO2 emissions in the USA are from cows. Still, at least NZ is doing something about it.

Did you know that cow and sheep flatulence accounts for up to HALF the "greenhouse gases" in some countries. So, if animal gas is creating HALF the "global warming" in some countries, that means that (if you believe this theory) only half the global warming problem is humanity's fault...but I guess these environmentalists think it's our business to mess with nature and stop these animals from flatulence...THE FUTURE OF THE PLANET IS AT STAKE!

Sheep flatulence inoculation developed - Telegraph

I'm heartened to see that this problem is being taken seriously. What does everyone else think?
I've always heard this arguement before , but then I've always wondered about a century or two ago before the Europeans spread out across the planet, was'nt their billions of Bison , Pronghorn Antelope, & Elk roaming free across North America and Billions more varieties of other roaming & grazing animals across Africa , Asia and even in Europe ? How come there was'nt a flatulence problem then ?

All of the manure created emissions are a small fraction of a 4,000-mw coal fired power plant. I think it is a good idea for a feedlot to collect the methane generated from the decomposing manure and burn it on site to generate heat and power for their operations. That just makes sense to me.

FWIW - Global temperatures follow global CO2 concentrations and lag by fifty years. Our current temperatures are set by the CO2 concentrations of the 1950s. The temperatures of the 2050s will be set by current CO2 concentrations. I suggest selling off any ocean side property to some fool ASAP.

Eat more meat, kill as many cows as possible to reduce their numbers... Besides I like breathing air without much cow fart... or sheep fart ... actually, I like to breathe air without any animal fart... death to animals!

Water vapor makes up the largest contributor to warming by far. I think we need to get rid of all the water. We will show all those fools that without water, we can save the planet!

Drink up... Then all the polar ice caps melting won't be so bad... more water for everyone! Maybe we can farm in the Sahara desert finally... Las Vegas needs some water too... we'll just leave the tap running over there and turn it into a beautiful forest...

Good point :-) I think is home is bigger then that and edwards is even bigger. Of course the solution from gore would be to use his money to buy carbon credits. idiots.
