Jobs are there to be had. Part time starting at $14-15/ hour (here in NC). Shift differential is being offered for 3rd shift.
Both private and public sectors need employees.

Every time the Biden admin releases job numbers, the numbers are quietly revised down a few weeks later because they are proven false.

This admin lies about everything.

I'm not particularly keen on trusting what the government says in general, but this administration has taken gaslighting, deception, malfeasance, and moral turpitude to soaring new heights.

The #'s announced are preliminary, and they will sometimes be revised up or down in coming months. This is the case every time for every administration. FWIW, in the today's job reports, the Feb #'s were revised down and the March #'s were revised up, but lets not let the facts get in the way of a conspiracy theory.

The change in total non farm payroll employment for February was revised down by 34,000, from +270,000 to +236,000, and the change for March was revised up by 12,000, from +303,000 to +315,000.

With these revisions, employment in February and March combined is 22,000 lower than previously reported.

It's not "statistically impossible" to have the same number in a weekly series the same for a few weeks in a row. They haven't been "exactly the same" anyway, they've been bouncing around a narrow range.

Here are the numbers since the beginning of the year:
198,000
194,000
221,000
225,000
213,000
211,000
200,000

210,000
212,000
212,000
212,000
222,000
212,000
212,000
208,000
208,000

If you don't think there is some crazy conspiracy going on then you should spend more time listening to MSM. Or listen to what your kids in k-1 are being taught.

The first problem is, you are looking at the numbers they want you to look at. And, IIRC, those numbers don't count layoffs.

That has been documented and discussed a few times.

This admin lies about everything.

And, it should be noted, mediabiasfactcheck is left leaning, itself.

The combined Left Leaning rating by a Left Leaning agency tells us that they are solidly Leftist.

The unemployment claims are just that unemployment claims, so yes they do include layoffs, just like they have in the past....

The majority have been revised down in the past 2 years. The data is readily available to fact check, I suggest you do before coming here and embarrassing yourself in front of us that are well informed.

Sounds like you are the one suggesting conspiracy.

I hope you aren't trying to play gotcha! with me because my position has been consistent and well documented on job reports.

Agreed the #s are still decent, did you falsely accuse me of suggesting otherwise? Preplandemic UE was better under the previous administration than how UE is trending now:
Aug 19 3.6
Sept 19 3.5
Oct 19 3.6
Nov 19 3.6
Dec 19 3.6
Jan 20 3.6
Feb 20 3.5
...
Feb 24 3.9
Mar 24 3.8
Apr 24 3.9

Source: https://www.bls.gov/charts/employmen...yment-rate.htm

I have consistently cheered the under 4% UE under the current and previous administrations(again, well documented in the job report posts in this very forum) so theres no hypocrisy here
