Biden worked to circumvent state laws prohibiting gender affirming chemicals and even surgeries for minors. Remember, the chemicals cause permanent damage to you. Gender affirming care can permanently lower your IQ, permanently sterilize you, permanently damage your bones, permanently make your genitals stay the size of a child's, etc.

Biden also pushed for gender affirming care without parental consent for kids.
