Voters have elected people who have been deceased.
You say that as if it is a bad thing. Calamity Joe is deceased and look how great things are! I just don't understand the corpsophobia that is so prevalent within the right wing nationalist theocratic MAGA crazies. They don't want the dead voting. They don't want a dead president. Sheesh. Come on. The last three years have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that a staggering, incoherent dead man can certainly get the job doneâ„¢.
Bernie doesn't want to be stuck with Medicare. He's clinging for dear life to the cushy Congressional health insurance.
I think they get that for life after their 2nd term.
Bernie and his wife made $13M off his last Presidential bid, so they know how to profit off of campaign donations. Bernie's wife is his Advertising Agency, & she gets 15% of all ads placed.
The voters can serve as a filter as to if a person is too "whatever" for the job at hand.
I think after the election is over, some people will more freely admit to age being an issue with some candidates but for now are in full denial.
I mean dear lord, Feinstein was just gone, it was awful to see.
Not all people in their 80's are like Feinstein.
If you were to see me, you would think I am in my mid to late fifties.
Those who learn of my age just can't believe I am 85.
We don't all get old and decrepit.
Trump, Biden, Sanders...they are all too old. They don't have to live with the consequences of their decisions.

Of course they have to live with their decisions.
Biden will more than likely lose the upcoming election because of his border policy, among other policies he has enacted.
Trump's decision to pay off a hooker, porn star is now coming back to haunt him.
Don't follow Sanders that much, but I am sure he, like most politicians, has some skeletons in his closet.
I don't like Bernie or his policies, but he's at least cogent. If he's what the people in his state want, so be it.
