Bernie wants to remain in the Senate until 88, sounds too old. I don't see any impediments to that happening.

It's enough with this nonsense of 80 and older running for high office. I say this as a senior citizen myself. Common sense should tell anyone it's simply too old to think anyone is fully fit for the job.

We already have those. They're called "primary elections"...

It's a pity so few take part in them when they're more important than a general election.

Bernie, like Trump, is completely cognizant. Biden is the problem.

So instead of an age limit, there needs to be a mental acuity test for people 70 and up.

We already know based on Hur’s report that Biden would fail. Everyone can see that with their own eyes, they didn’t really even need Hur to state it.

I knew a guy who was 96, who flew B-17s in WWII. That dude’s mind was incredibly sharp, and he was physically fit, too.

So age shouldn’t be the determining factor.

Term limits are a whole other thing and I’d support those. For example, Pelosi and McConnell shouldn’t be in Congress for 40 years. Thats ridiculous.

Bernie doesn't want to be stuck with Medicare. He's clinging for dear life to the cushy Congressional health insurance.

I agree.

I was for term limits at one time but i’m not anymore. I once brought up age limit to someone and the person me that age discrimination.

Requiring to retire between age 65-75 is not unreasonable. But thinking about that I not sure even that a good idea.

I worry about these younger politicians on both sides (fringed and extreme) who will someday replace these older politicians
