The only thing people need to know at this point is that when the left says "democracy," it's usually euphemism for left-wing authoritarianism.

Nancy Pelosi has a habit of going around the world and interfering in other peoples domestic politics, and is hated across the world as a result.

As for popularism it is indeed popular with the electorate, and is therefore democracy, and as far as I am aware popularism and populist politicians believe strongly in the will of the people and the democratic process to a greater extent than elitist polticians.

Populism is in essence a range of political stances that emphasise the idea of "the people" and democracy as opposed to often the elites and establishment, and populism is a response to awful career politicians such as Nancy Pelosi.

I don't even know what she's doing in Britain, as she has done nothing but threaten Britain since Biden became President.

The fact that 768 British lives were lost fighting alongside the US in the post 9/11 War on Terror seems to have been quickly forgotten, as has the fact that Britain hosts US military and intelligence facilities.

As for threatening us regarding a trade deal it's fairly pointless, as we have very different regulations and this is especially true in relation to agricultural produce and food additives which is why the EU doesn't have a trade deal with the US.

Biden has also continually makes threats about a non existent trade deal or at least he did, until he officially announced there would be no trade deal last December, however by January the US Ambassador to the UK Jane D. Hartley was writing articles about the glowing special relationship and the need for the UK to stand militarily with the US in relation to the Middle East etc.

Although last time we stood by the US, Biden withdrew US forces without even bothering to inform fellow NATO allies including Britain.

As for Nancy Pelosi she a fairly nasty individual, and I don't even like her visiting Britain, never mind the fact that she talks utter nonsense.

Pelosi is not well liked on the international stage and has just caused the US problems on the international stage whether it be Turkey, China, Russia, the Middle East or even close allies such as the UK etc.

I think most people just with the old hag would just stay out of other countries domestic politics, and the same applies to Hilary Clinton and Biden.

Joe Biden signals he has no interest in signing US-UK trade agreement - The Guardian (December 2023)

America isn’t Britain’s special friend. It couldn’t care less - The Telegraph (January 2024)

Time to end the ‘Special Relationship’ delusion - The Telegraph (July 2023)

that was an epic takedown. useless ol' bag.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., was rebuked as an "elite" during a recent Oxford Union debate, where she argued that populism in the United States is a threat to democracy.

Pelosi is the embodiment of what is WRONG with government. She used insider trading to make millions and corrupted the US political system.

The fact that democrats supported her for years demonstrates that she (and the democrat party) are on the wrong side of history.
