Well, at least the White House is being upfront about this accomplishment and what their intent might be. Does anyone else remember any other POTUS talking so bluntly about the power of judges to roll back basic rights?

There are plenty of brilliantly intelligent conservatives. That is not the issue. Conservatives simply suck at planning and organizing. They prefer to operate as individuals and not as something that resembles the mafia. With the left, everyone plays their part, whether it's a teacher indoctrinating their students with Marxism... Or people at the federal level orchestrating plan after plan to take down their orange nemesis. The left doesn't stop, and that's why they will continue to pull some big wins, even as the political winds change direction.
Of course, the past few generations have been rather far left. That could also be why you have seen the left pull out some massive victories during the last decade. But the pendulum always swings. Complacency will be the left's downfall and conservatives will be back stronger than ever, with a renewed sense of individualism and patriotism. Maybe then you will see conservatives start to take back the power in ways such as you described.
Also, don't discount the demoralization that conservatives have been subjected to. At first, it was subtle. Then Biden came along and started calling republicans nazis, so hopefully conservatives will realize these tools aren't worth paying attention to, and good things can follow.

The hearing devolved into a screaming match between senators when Cruz accused Netburn of contradicting herself, as freshman California Senator Laphonza Butler struggled to regain control of proceedings.
‘You took a 6’2” serial child rapist with male genitalia, and he said “you know I’d like to be in a women’s prison” and your answer was “that sounds great to me,”’ Cruz said in a fiery tirade.
‘Let me ask you something, the other women in that prison, do they have any rights? Do they have the right not to have a 6’2” who is a repeat, serial rapist put in as their cellmate?’
Unbelievable that this woman is a judge!!
