Why all the mud-slinging on this board? Looking at the first page of topics alone there are probably about 3 different threads dedicated to trashing left wingers. Even in all the different topics, somebody will eventually turn the conversation around and blame democrats.
I've seen a few anti-republican posts, but they're far out numbered by the "let's blame the left for everything wrong" posts. But anyways, it's all getting very old

I agree. This forum is very left-leaning, especially on social issues.
Actually some of the most insulting and asinine posts have been coming from so called liberals these days. Although there have been a few notable right wing nuts also.
I think these forums lean slightly to the left with several very well-thought writers making the best arguments. Despite this, their sane rational voices are overpowered by a few on the right who cannot put their two brain cells together long enough to spell a word correctly or write a coherent sentence. They blame rather than solve. They slander rather than think. I know of very few on the left side of the divide who use such tactics, but leave it to those on the right to exaggerate their numbers and holler loudly. The arguments from the left are in reaction to a world racing downhill to collapse while the arguments from the right do nothing but find fault, thus offering no solutions whatsoever. Complaining isn't "insulting" as camping! has inferred. It is those on the right who employ very little other than insults and name-calling, both of which completely undermine whatever point they're trying to make. These are my generalizations of course, made after 1053 posts over the last year.

I wasn't inferring complaining when I said insulting mhouse2001....I am sorry you read that into my comment.
When I said insulting, I meant insulting. I am talking about posters chatter on threads that are out and out making fun of another poster who disagrees with them. Instead of backing up their arguments (in a well though out sane way) they write derogatory things, cheapening their own stance in the bargain. And no, they weren't talking about me
Like I tell my children....it is wrong when 'they' are mean to you, and guess what? It is wrong when you are mean to them. A lesson to be learned on this board apparently.

No. The reaction of the left is "It's Bush's fault". "Everything is Bush's fault". "Bush is a Nazi". "Bush is a racist". "Bush is a war criminal". Blah, blah, blah. The same old, tired, and false b.s. The good thing about it is the left has accomplished watering down the term racist and nazi. Being called a racist doesn't mean a thing anymore. Thank God.
You know, as bad as Bush's rating is, the Democratic-controlled Congress is much worse. You want to see stubborn idiots who have yet to graduate college and have smoked more pot than worked, go to left-wing sites like Democratic Underground, Kos, Huffingtonpost. My God I haven't seen so many delusional people in my life.
