September. As a lot of people have known for months. But it won't be the hollow vote on useless offshore leasing only that the Republicans have had swimming around in their heads. There will be other provisions that actually have a chance to accomplish something beyond another increase in the price of oil company stocks over the next decade...

Yes, drilling for oil will be one among several amendments that include considerable revenue for alternative fuel research & tapping into the national reserve.
