No, I'm not. Lets take then one by one.

I. Peaceably assemble only with police permission in designated places.
II. All kinds of arms prohibited. Fully automatic, for example.

VII. Jury trial comes at very high cost, and a much much longer sentence when convicted after a jury trial.
VIII. Excessive bail. How about bail denied, period?
IX. This is the answer to people who say "Where does the constituion give people the right to . . .?
X. Federal tax monies used to bribe states that comply with federal wishes (55 mph speed limit a good example)
