Default Texas as its own country

Forget any other states. It is Texas' constitution that allows us to become our own republic. No other state has that right. I say we become independent and govern our selves. We have the resources, we can protect our borders the way we want to. We wont have to enter in to all the crazy global warming treaties that Obama and the Dems are going to get us into.

Every state under Amendment 10 of the Constitution has a right to secede if its population votes to do so. TX has the unique right to split into 3 states without congressional approval as others would.

Yes! Secession is the answer! There's no legitimate argument for why almost half this country should be under the control of those diametrically opposed to their interests.
