How silly is this question?
Don't you think we have bigger problems at this time as a legacy from bush? Might want to look at the economy and eternal war as higher priorities; I'm sure the president elect is more concerned about those issues.
Here in CA if you cross a sidewalk from your house to your car with an unloaded pistol you can spend a year in jail. I thought Fed law trumped State law?
Hah! I'd like to see the link to that law. There was a video that was distributed on a gun forum showing a guy with an open carry, loaded pistol walking down a sidewalk in California and a cop stopped him, talked to him and then said, "Have a nice day" and moved on. Open carry is legal in most areas of california as long as the firearm meets the state legal requirements.
Here in Arizona it became a regular practice for tea party members to go to political rallies armed with assault rifles.
Concealed carry without a permit is legal in Arizona.
But all you firearm chicken littles talking about the coming gun ban just keep talking your S#!t. My extensive collection of black rifles is appreciating by the minute just by your baseless prattle. You guys are nuts!
If you think I'm some anti gun Brady guy, think again. This is my favorite of my collection and yes, it is registered, transferable and BATFE stamped with the seer pac everyone wants. It is just what it looks like.

then I look forward to all democrats to drop all their gun control plans for the next 100 years.
somehow I dont think that will be happening anytime soon, as the political parties in power now only want to make it easier for their citizens to be subjucated in the future.

As of last month Moonbeam Brown ended open carry in CA. The law is AB144 and takes effect January 1.
