This thread is hilarious, and I wholeheartedly agree. One law will apply to all. Ironic the $$$$ that fueled prop 8 came from of all people... mormons!! ROFLMAO
Hey, maybe I shouldn't be against marriage after all. I just had an epiphany from god to call myself a nomrom, marry 7 men, be a kitten with a calculator and manage their money. One of them has to cook a mean souffle and the rest of them have to police each other taking out the trash and getting the honey-do list done in a week or less.
If it's tuesday you must be gary. This could work! hahahahaaaaaaa
I say we bring back manditory arranged marriages...It is hard for me to even IMAGINE how much easier life would be if I didn't have to worry about dating and women...
I have been married for fourty years to the same woman so, under the right conditions, I support marrage. I do not support any special tax considerations because of marrage. I believe every individual is responsible for paying the taxes they owe based on the money income they make.
for example: a theoretical married couple with the man working and bringing in 200k/yr and the wife 0 should be taxed at the 200 k rate not at the 100k rate for each. If they both worked at 100 k each they would pay at the 100k rate for each person.
