In fairness Bush sr was against going into Iraq thus Bush jr did not follow his advice.

The same politicians who mocked Bush sr for not going into Iraq and removing Saddam than turned around and mocked Bush jr for doing it.

Lets not forget they did not question Bush jr (other than Obama) and the media refused to also question him.

I agree with you.Although Daddy Bush was in the admin that put Saddam in power in the first place,I did agree with his actions in Kuwait.I know and you know that it was done to protect American oil companies, but I still thought it was a good move on his part.

The Shrub would have done well to have listened to him and history MAY have judged him differently, but as it stands now he will always be known as a shame and a black mark in American history.

Cheney was spotted in that crowd at Wal-Mart which trampled the store employee. He was heading for the big AMMO sale!

Daddy Bush did not "put Saddam in power." Saddam became Pres. of Iraq in 1979, during the Carter administration and long before the Bush administration.
