Because people who look into it or talk about it are either fired, or called names. This seem to be a new era of freedom of speech and who can ask questions and about what.
Did you see the survey that was held amongst Obama fans and McCain fans and how much knowledge of facts they had....it wasn't done by Fox News....the results are speaking for it self!
Let us all wait for the change Obama has promissed to bring us, let's give him a fair chance of giving us all the facts and see what he really stands for...if it is similar to what we see about his past....we will be in for a strange ride!

p.s. - It is the whole court looking at this, but it is only one of a couple dozen cases they are looking at on Friday - part of the so-called Conference List. They are just looking at it to see if they want to give it a full hearing.

How about the Harvard Law review articles or his client list, have they been released?
The law review articles are in libraries. What is you wish them to do? Reprint those issues?
And lawyers don't provide client lists unless there is compelling legal reason to do so and they have their clients' permission.
