because houston is just going along with other cities? I prefer Cali to Texas. but i'm stuck in texas I think they should legalize medicinal use of Marijuana.. maybe up to a limit, but they should. becuase it don't matter if they do it or not.. people would still do it.. maybe in private place or something.. but those want to do it won't stop it just because the state has illegalized it. I personally have never done any of that $#!t YET.. but i am pretty sure i might end up smokin' weed! (maybe just once but I WILL!)
