I never supported either Clinton. In fact I hate their guts. Furthermore I don't even know whether you are asking whether we think Clinton was too hard on Saddam or not hard enough. But again, Clinton was just a scumbag, so I'm not going to go there.
I don't have any particular use for any of those Democrats except Dean. I haven't been able to substantiate the Dean quote you used, but I did find this one, ostensibly from the same broadcast:

In any event, Dean opposed the war before it started in March 2003. His freshman speech as a declared candidate asked rhetorically why so many Dems were supporting the war.
