You do realize that's how prescription drug benefits in Medicare were passed in the USA, right? They locked the doors at night and had drug lobbyists (as well as fellow congressman) promising money/power (or sometimes blackmailing/threatening) members of Congress to PASS the prescription drug benefits (which coincidentally happened when CSPAN stopped monitoring the legislation)... The drug companies made billions of dollars and it was sold to the public as "good" so that Medicare customers can have prescription drug benefits... problem was, we couldn't afford it and the drug companies can charge whatever they want and taxpayers are FORCED to pay it... what happened to the lobbyist and congressman? They got cushy $1 M jobs afterwards... and Medicare (which was unaffordable to begin with) got worse... Its strange that we look at South Koreans when the same exact thing happens over here without cameras and behind closed doors...
