I wonder how happy the anti gays are about this. So how long will it be until someone says that she deserved this for being lesbian?

Pretty lame statement, just because some don't agree with gays doesn't mean they would want anyone to be raped, it just goes to show some gays don't get it. I can disagree with a lot of things but I would never wish violence on anyone, theres a big difference.

I am definitely not happy about this. As a man, I am sickened by "guys" (refuse to call them men) who feel they can violate a woman just because she is there. I hope they rot in prison for doing this to that lady.
Instead of further demeaning this victim to push your rant about straight people, let's just all agree that violence against anyone straight or gay is unacceptable.
While I don't believe it fair to say that those who are against homosexuals would condone this type of violence, I also don't believe it is right to ignore the influence of gay bashers that begat this crime. If you hear enough times that a certain person is 'unnatural' or 'committing sins against god and nature' due soley to their sexuality....well, don't be surprised if someone doesn't take you up on the idea that said person is less then human.
I wouldn't say this stuff happens OFTEN but...it doesn't surprise me, unfortunately.
