An Open Letter to Luis Moreno-Ocampo, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court
Dear Chief Prosecutor,
Congratulations on your request for an arrest warrant for the president of Sudan. When the rule of law cannot be justly enforced within a nation, it must be enforced internationally. In that regard, I would like to recommend that you seek an arrest warrant for the president of my nation, the United States of America. I have read your letter of February 9, 2006, in which you decline to seek prosecution of George W. Bush, and I believe new evidence compels another review.
Yet another test to discover if law actually does apply anywhere on this planet, or if it's all a farce of elite power selectively enforcing amongst sheople.
I'm glad he wrote it. I doubt it will go far. My faith is that diminished that power is being used in service to greater good anywhere on the planet. The world counted on America for that and sad to say we're stuck on stupid to the detriment of humanity (civilians, military, ALL). Can't rep you more just yet.

I have seen this questioned asked many times, and by myself as well. I have yet to see a straight answer.
So should we also charge Putin for his invasion of Georgia?
The leadership past and present of Israel?
Margret Thatcher invasion of the Falklands?
The list could be endless.
It would be a major mistake to give a foreign/international court such power, no matter how much you may hate the individual.
