What's up with the Rush Limbaugh crowd anyway?

Once again, these chumps simply can’t face up to the disaster the last eight years has brought us. They are unable to admit that the misguided policies of their far right wing heroes have failed us all. Their ideological hero, Rush Limbaugh, in between oxycontin hurls, has tried to install some sort of alternate reality for all of them to chew on.

Furthermore they seem to be completely unaware that the rest of the nation, along with the world has embraced a new leader for this country and is ready to rebuild what they have destroyed. Trillions into that sheethole Iraq, trillions of tax cuts (code word for borrowed money), and trillions more squandered away while regulation by the Executive Branch took an eight year vacation. Where were these whiny sheetbags then? Why weren’t they up in arms? The simple fact is they not only stood by loser Bush, but feverishly supported this idiocy to the point of fanaticism.

What’s up with all the bellyaching now? They can’t be serious. Why weren’t they whining about the billions looted and unaccountable in Iraq? Were they bellyaching when we spent billions to build an Embassy in Iraq? How about money to rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure? Where was the whining about that? Now we are on the cusp of what can potentially be another great Depression (Keep in mind these ASS*HOLES denied a recession until the very end, and still can’t own it) and they’re up in arms about the idea of money going to rebuild infrastructure in our country, crying “Socialism”. Tuning into their AM radio stations to cry like little ******* to one another. The nerve, hypocrisy and conspiracy theories of these jerks is astonishing.

In my view, there are many who have certainly displayed a lack of honesty, integrity, or personal responsibility since Jan 20. It's as if the wheels have come completely off the cart for them, and all they can do now is retreat into snarky denial and the manufacture of claims that seem to increase daily in their levels of ridiculousness. Meanwhile, the utter collapse of the Bush era has left a lot of rebuilding for someone to do. Doesn't look like they're interested in that part though. Looks like they're content just being known for what they destroyed...

Same reason why deficit spending is all the sudden the best thing since sliced bread to get out of an economic downturn.

LOL, I'm sure they will sell like hot cakes, I doubt you'll have to worry about paying capital gains at all.

It makes me want to watch the Fox propaganda shows to see if they paint themselves into a corner, criticizing the bipartisan efforts on this stimulus package, or any of the positive things Obama has done in the last week...or if they pretend good things are not happening and go directly to pumping up the fear, like Obama herding the Gitmo terrorists onto a bus and dropping them off at your kids' school.

It's scary to think that Rush Limbaugh has +/- 30 million listeners and Fox is the #1 "news" channel in the country... though maybe this will begin to change soon... I hope so. On the other hand, where can the people go for news? They like the warm Fox bath, even if they decide they cant accept anymore the messages of hate, indignation and fear...maybe Fox will change.

As a conservative, I cannot for the life of me figure out the Rush Limbaugh crowd.

Why Pat Buchanan isn't our president is beyond me, he's the only person to have understood all the issues, spoke out against them, supported the right ones, etc. for over 2 decades. Instead we get utterly valueless leaders like Clinton or Bush. What ever did Clinton stand for anyway? Basically a blob of nothing, and Bush was no better.

Buchanan disliked Bush because Bush decided to follow Neocon ideology, and I can only guess that the Limbaugh crowd is just blindly loyal, without thinking.

The Sayings of Pat Buchanan...

There were no politics to polarize us then, to magnify every slight. The negroes of Washington had their public schools, restaurants, bars, movie houses, playgrounds and churches; and we had ours.

Dr. King is one of the most divisive men in contemporary history.

...integration of blacks and whites -- but even more so, poor and well-to-do -- is less likely to result in accommodation than it is in perpetual friction, as the incapable are placed consciously by government side by side with the capable.

...white rule of a black majority is inherently wrong? Where did we get that idea? The Founding Fathers did not believe this.

Hitler's success was not based on his extraordinary gifts alone. His genius was an intuitive sense of the mushiness, the character flaws, the weakness masquerading as morality that was in the hearts of the statesmen who stood in his path.

Our culture is superior. Our culture is superior because our religion is Christianity and that is the truth that makes men free.

AIDS is nature's retribution for violating the laws of nature.

Rail as they will about 'discrimination,' women are simply not endowed by nature with the same measures of single-minded ambition and the will to succeed in the fiercely competitive world of Western capitalism.

Hmmm.......................Next!!!

That is because you are a conservative, which used to mean something.
