Have the IRS receive a flat sales tax on payments received by Corporations only - not Individuals. This would include receipts from sales of stocks, bonds; and also interest payments received by banks.
Dumb idea. We need native born women to have more kids not fewer or else our population and economy will start to shrink just like Europe's, Japan's, Russia's, and Canada's. One of the man reasons for such a high immigration rate is that the natives aren't having kids.
The world can't handle more people. There's non-potable water; pollution; etc.

It's expensive to raise a child.
I think we finally found something we agree on. I think there are too many people that have kids that can't take care of them. If we believe Malthus (and I do) , then the strain on the world's resources is reached when the world's population reaches a certain level as well.
