For those who wish to read this be forewarned, it is another Sarah/Todd moment...

Chris Kelly: Sarah Palin's $159,050 Conflict of Interest.

Seriously, does anyone know if Gov. Palin is as completely unable to help those in the interior as she appears?

Don''t you think a conflict of interest scandal might help Ms. Palin's run in 2012? Don't you think she might be able to cook up a real scandal so she will really consolidate her hold on her base for the next election? I hope so.

PALIN/DUKE IN 2012.

Of course. Anything that keeps her name in the papers helps. It's a long way to 2012 and the public has a short memory. She has that same "teflon" quality Ronnie Reagan had; nothing sticks. She could be caught dining on dead babies and it wouldn't matter.

I'm not sure I agree, fatchance. I think it'd be a poor move to run her in 12 because she has the taint of failure about her from her VP bid.

Don't you think the onus falls on McCain, if there is any? Elected VP's don't have a good track record as Presidential candidates. I figure (1) Who else have they got? and (2) she appeals to the right demographic.
