Ah, the free market....

Are you jealous or something?

Many of us have built great profit making businesses without any help from you.

Besides you have to have a job and pay taxes in the first place.

Do not forget something, 45% of ALL Americans do not pay taxes at all and get money back from having kids and doing things wrong.

Welfare bums get money every month from tax payers and you are not whining about that are you?

Stimulus checks were sent out in 2008....mostly - if not all -- before the election. Nice try, but again you're wrong.

Sorry "some" of the stimulus checks were mailed out in January and February of 2009 to these prisoners.

And, if that's so, it's Obama's fault because he got into office Jan 20th. Yeah, right.

Are you going to blame Obama for all the tax fraud that occurs since.....the election? ......since Jan 20th? Why not? You blame him for everything else.

Both Suleman and the Duggar have enough income to max out on the phase out -- or they need a new agents.

Yea it is nuts for both families to raise one kid cost like 280-400k (in total) from 0-18

350k*18 = 6.3 Million dollars to raise a family of this size (not including college cost)

Not to mention how much it must cost to feed this family

But they benefit big time when it comes time to pay taxes (because they are basically being paid to have kids)

Arkansas also allows the following tax deductions:

• medical and dental expenses (more the 7.5% of your AGI),
• home mortgage and investment interest,
• charitable contributions,
• casualty and theft losses,
• post-secondary education expenses,
• miscellaneous deductions that exceed 2% of you AGI.

Arkansas tax credits include the following:

• child care credit (20% of allowable federal child care credit),
• disabled dependent care credit,
• adoption credit (20% of federal credit).

Also, a personal tax credit is allowed per taxpayer amounting to $20. Dependents are also eligible for a $20 tax credit. An additional $20 tax credit is given to any taxpayer who is blind, deaf, or over 65.

5. Determine the exemption allowance by applying the following guideline. Subtract this amount from the annual wages to obtain the taxable income.
Exemption Allowance = $3,650 x Number of Exemptions

Not to mention how much money they cheat the Federal Government and the rest of us hard paying tax payers out to support their family.

3,650*18 = 65,700 (in tax savings) basically they're making a profit off the state and the Federal government each year...they need to be sent to jail ASAP in my opinion...

Also they make money from commercial properties, well i was informed on here there is a way to avoid paying taxes on these properties, which I'm sure they do, so they're basically just stealing from the American people to provide for their family. Not to mention how much their children cost the local school system etc.

Suleman is a side show. I hope she makes enough money/gets enough assistance to take care of the kids. Not their fault.

Except for the post-secondary education expenses, those are all federal Sch A deductions for those who itemize their deductions. Many states give the same deductions as the federal return

Not quite. The $65,700 isn't a tax savings but a deduction in the amount of taxable income. The actual tax savings will be the tax rate X $65,700. Considering the Duggar probably have an income in the millions from the Discovery Channel, they're likely paying taxes.

How long have they been on the show?

Kat and Jon plus 8 at the start were only paid 50,000 dollars for putting their story on the air.......they did not start making more money until they showed they could carry high ratings
