A pro-family activist says it's outrageous that a top GOP official in Georgia, who is an open homosexual, has compared members of a Christian conservative organization to Nazis.

Jamie Ensley, president of the Georgia Log Cabin Republicans, recently described Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH) as a "radical Christian domestic terrorist group.

Ensley is correct in his assesment of AFTAH.
If the republican party is ever going to regain political relevancy again it must embrace the freedoms of the constitution and the promise of small government and disavow itself from the christian fundamentalists.
Now, perhaps AFTAH is not 'nazi-ish' as Ensley said.....personally, I would compare them to the Taliban. Religious zealots have no right to inflict their perceived morality on the greater society. Ever.
