Wonder how the mainstream media talking-heads feel about their 401(k) and investments now that their Messiah's stupid economic policies is destroying their wealth?

Will Americans (both Dims and Repubs) revolt against Obama because of his economic policies? What is the tipping point? There comes a breaking point for everyone of disgust.

They feel like Bush's Wall St pals ripped them off. Just like the rest of us.

They probably moved their investments into bonds or gold etc., right after he was elected.

You don't think they actually believed that stuff about how he was going to "bring change", do you? They can read, after all. And they know that his "plans" were nothing but the same warmed-over liberalism the Dems have been offering for 60 years now.

It's great sport to them, to root for your team, cheer for the tactical victories, and then throw big parties when "your side" wins.

But do you think they honestly don't know what's coming to our economy as a result? And you expect them to leave their money vulnerable? Why would they do that?

Don’t expect Obama's face on the dollar bill in the future. His notoriety will leave a legendary imprint for all the wrong reasons...

Lord, it's fun to hear from conservatives - the side that promoted Bush for eight years. As if they think anybody listens to them!

You should be listening to someone other than Obama because he is destroying America right before all American's eyes. If people can't see what is happening to businesses, investors, the markets, etc. then they are blind and deaf and don't have the mental capacity of a bag of hammers.

Wow, did we just swap timelines suddenly? How did Obama create the policies leading to the bust that's been brewing for years? Please do tell.

And what contingent of Obama's voters actually called him the messiah? I'm not card-carrying democrat myself, but I just don't understand how people can be this delusional. What happened to the people who were attracted to the Republican party based on substantiated observations and well-argued principles?

Sorry pal, but it is Obama that is creating the bust you're seeing happen now. Obviously, and without a doubt, no businesses (employers) and investors (owners of public companies that employ people) have any confidence in Obama's economic policies. It is Obama that is destroying America. You can try to put the blame elsewhere for what is happening now, but it's clear as a bell when you look at the stock markets tanking, the price of gold rising, the price of oil dropping, people running toward bonds, etc., etc. It doesn't take a genius to see that Obama's policies are terrible for the economy...and will NOT work.

Wasn't this predicted before the elections, regardless of who would have ended up the president? Are we just turning a blind eye to that because it's more fun that way?

Why wasn't this question posted in September or October? My 401K, college funds and stocks all took a hit back in September 08.
