SEATTLE (AP) — A King County sheriff's deputy kicks a 15-year-old girl, slams her to the floor of a jail cell, strikes her and pulls her hair in violence captured on videotape.

Prosecutors released the surveillance video in Friday in the assault case against Deputy Paul Schene, who is accused of using excessive force on the girl.

So she kicked her shoe at this power-happy deputy. There was NO reason whatsoever for how he attacked her and the other fool who came running in to help was just as bad! Can we say bully, can we say cowards, can we say power-happy?

Aw shucks, she was asking for it. Lil girl, hurt like hell didn't it. Bet you won't go and do that again now won't you? He wasn't abusing her, he loves her and was giving her some tough love.

He was in training. I'm in no way defending the actions though. This will probably result in millions of $'s of property damage soon...

If you don't like getting beat up by cops, don't break the law.. Pretty simple.
If she stole my car, I would hope she got a little extra inducement to be a good little girl..
If she is 15 and stealing cars already, she will be in the system forever, and we will be paying the frieght...!

I hope you remember the above comments the next time you attempt to wax poetically about the rule of law, the Constitution, or the coercive nature of government.

Maybe if more bad attitude prisoners were treated this way then there'd be less prisoners.

It's hard to express sarcasm and comedy in a written format
