Thanks for posting the link, it does work part of the time. It's good to see that some representatives of both parties actually vote in a way that represents the electorate in their districts. We have a Democratic representative in Idaho now, he seems to be doing a good job of representing voters in his district. The vast majority of the calls to his office opposed both the stimulus and bloated budget bill. Had he voted for them, or if he votes for any of the restrictions of firearms owners rights that the BO administration is proposing the tar and feathers may come out.

Restrictions on fire arms ownership?

Sounds like another stupid red herring argument to me because Obama has proposed no such thing.

please allow me to try to clarify my opinion. most of the last election was not about making mr obama diety, certainly not . it was a strong reaction to going the wrong way. americans by whatever label you wana put on them, do not like driving down the freeway wrongway. for most of us wrong way means 12 trillion debt and a contrived war. its about the money, not personality.

Ahh, where have you been the last few weeks? His own AG is promoting a semi-auto ban, and Obama has a history in the Senate and in his state voting towards any restriction of firearms owners rights he comes across. In addition, the "Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009", promoted by members of his party, is a huge hit for firearms owners. OpenCongress - Text of H.R.45 as Introduced in House Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009

In the odd chance that he veto's any restrictions that cross his desk, I'll be the first to appologize for any negative statements I've made in regard to this issue. But really, what do you think the chance of that happening is?
